Onsite

A number of our Clients have requested Onsite engineers where we work with our Clients to ensure the right person and skillset is provided. In many cases we find that a part‐time rather than a full time Onsite engineer will more costeffectively resolve time critical problem. In many cases a well‐executed technology roadmap using Managed Services, can even eliminate the need for an onsite engineer. Our team of onsite engineers also provide callout onsite support when remote or telephone support is not enough. In CExperts we pride ourselves in clear communication and quick resolution.

For most of our clients, the CExperts Helpdesk team is the first point of contact when there is a problem. Our Helpdesk team not only provides clear communications but also has many years of experience to help resolve the IT problems. Part of the Helpdesk is the people you don’t see or even talk, that have even more experience and are specialists in the own right ‐ the Technical team. The CExperts Technical team is part of Helpdesk but provides technical assistance to both our Onsite engineers and Helpdesk.

REPORTING

Reporting

Reporting is often the only way our clients can measure CExperts’s performance. Many IT issues are actually resolved without CExperts clients reporting it. In fact, majority of IT support tickets are generated and resolved without client intervention, CExperts call that preventive service. Reporting is the benchmark that allows our clients to measure and visualize our services.

On-site Support Activities

Server OS / Management / Administration:

  • Installation of server OS patches/upgrades as & when available
  • Managing user accounts such as creating, modifying, deleting users and groups
  • Re‐installing the OS or latest OS
  • Backup of servers as defined in the AMC contracts
  • Orderly server start up and shut down of servers
  • Periodic preventive checks performed on servers
  • Resolving server breakdowns with the highest priority

Desktop / Laptop / Printers Support:

  • Preventive maintenance provided three times a year
  • Problem diagnosis, support and problem rectification
  • Diagnosing and resolving the problem according to the severity assigned to it

Network Management:

  • Ensuring high availability of networks at all times
  • Identifying LAN & WLAN faults & getting them resolved
  • Providing consultancy on network upgrade
